Prices and Payment
All prices are in UK £ sterling and do not include UK VAT. This will be added at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are included in the prices of items quoted unless otherwise stated. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment can also be made by cheque but this would have to be cleared by the banking system prior to goods being dispatched. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods. The seller has the right to alter the prices at any time up to an order being made and accepted by the buyer and seller. Discounts may be available for bulk orders but this will have to be agreed with the seller after it has been confirmed that the product ordered can be fulfilled.
Delivery
We only deliver within the mainland UK. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 7 to 10 working days. If there is nobody to receive the goods then the item (s) are taken back to the depot then a redelivery may be at the buyer’s expense. Delivery is to ground floor only unless agreed with Your Home Study.
Delivery Costs

Any items that are returned will be posted at rates that are in agreement with the seller.
Any claims for non delivery must be made within a seven day period of the invoice date or a date that it was known that the goods were dispatched. Failure to notify the seller within this period may make any claim void.
Purchasing
All items offered on our website and in the catalogue are an offer to treat and subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site then purchaser will call the number advertised, and speak to one of our sales advisors. When you place an order to purchase a product we will send you an e-mail or letter confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail or letter confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For reasons of safety and security your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
Description of goods.
All descriptions and technical details are given in good faith and are subject to alteration by the seller without any prior notice. All weights and dimensions are approximate only and are based on the information given by the manufacturers.
Goods ownership.
The goods ordered will remain the seller’s property until full payment is received.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, Should you cancel the contract within the seven day period we will then refund the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
After-Sales Services and Guarantees
All products will carry the manufacturers guarantee. Any products damaged, broken or worn, through neglect, misuse or outside the manufacturer’s instruction will invalidate any claim of compensation. Any items sent back for a claim or refund will be at the buyer’s expense. If however it is found that the item damaged is a manufacturing fault then a replacement will be sent or a full refund of the item together with the return costs will be given at the seller’s discretion. The return method must be agreed with the seller or this may void any refund of delivery costs. Please note that ‘item’ does not mean the complete order and refers to a single unit.

Your Home Study will always make every effort to guard this website from viruses and or defects. However it must be noted that the use of this website or any connections accessible through cannot guarantee that damage won’t be caused to your computer or other equipment. It is the responsibility of the person accessing the website to ensure that all necessary firewalls and equipment is installed to screen out anything that may cause damage. Lime Style Ltd will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage to a computer or equipment through the use of this website. No correspondence will be entered into.
Privacy Policy.
All details held on the data base will not be disclosed to third parties. If we discover that a fraud or other criminal offence has taken place then we will disclose details to the appropriate authority on the production of the relevant judicial instrument.
Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
